Taco Soup Recipes
Soothing Mexica-themed soup which can be enjoyed as a light meal or with garnishes that can make it more sinful. Freezes well.
You can call this soup or chili, but either way it is wonderful! This recipe is also very adaptable to your personal taste. I recommend using Bill Echols' Taco Seasoning from this website. Serve topped with shredded Cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips, if you like. I hope you enjoy!
A very rich soup to serve on a very cold night! I love this recipe passed to me by my good friend Tasha! I make this one when I have a lot of people to feed. You can let people fix it how they want to, chips or no chips. I like to add sour cream sometimes on top.
My family loves Tex-Mex dishes and I love quick and convenient but healthy and interesting dishes, and this soup fits the bill in every way. No one can believe that this hasn't simmered for a long time, as the flavors blend beautifully. If I don't have guacamole on hand, I blend green chilies with the sour cream -- it's very adaptable. Serve with tortilla chips!
This easy soup is hearty, yet extremely tasty. This is really a form of chili, but uses some ingredients not found in regular chili. Sure to be a hit, you can adjust the spice as needed by using varying levels of jalapenos and RO*TEL® varieties. Top with shredded sharp Cheddar cheese and/or sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips. Leftovers can be frozen and enjoyed later.
Taco soup. It's really easy, cheap and delicious. Great for last minute dinner decisions! Serve with tortilla chips and shredded cheddar cheese on top, if desired.
This is a great one dish meal combining ground beef with tomatoes, onion, beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Quite simple to make, and delicious, too.
Yet another of my mother's recipes I enjoyed as a kid! This is a tasty and flavorful soup that is easy to make and works as a great lunch or dinner meal. I can remember as a kid that I liked to pour the hot soup over the chips and cheese and play with the cheese as it melted (who says you can't play with your food?) I hope you enjoy this soup as much as I have and make good family memories with it.
My brother made this one time and I thought it was delicious!!! Must try!
Browned ground beef seasoned with a package of taco seasoning is combined in a slow cooker with canned beans, tomatoes, and green chilies. Serve with tortilla chips and a dollop of sour cream.
