Replaced ham with a few sprinkles of Hormel real bacon bits. Turned out great!

Fantastic however I didn’t have heavy so I just used normal milk and it worked great
The recipe was awesome! Just to "kick it up" a bit I added a splash of White Truffle Oil I ordered from Amazon...it was only $12 for an 8 oz bottle! Wow...I felt like I was eating at 4 star restaurant!

I love the idea to add the cheese in before you cook it! The only change I made was putting in half the cheese in before you cook it, and the rest I sprinkled on at the end.
didn't have ham or heavy cream....used milk instead. added more cheese before done cooking
